Gerberpark in Uhingen

Beautiful place love it!!

After the first lockdown, I wanted to support the local gastronomy. The Gerber Bräu doesn't seem to need it, the Cordon Bleu for just under € 18 was a child's serving, and I waited 45 minutes for the second drink order. I gave up a third drink and drank this one at home. On the positive side, I have to say that the quality of the food was very good.

Typical brewery restaurant. Outstanding beer and friendly staff. The Swiss sausage salad is a clear recommendation!

A very large area, this park. There is the brewery for eating. Very good, home-brewed beer and simply great food. Fast and friendly service, even when it is busy. You can sit inside or outside. The prices are very reasonable. Sufficient parking space, even if 2 weddings take place (e.g. in the boathouse), you still get a place. Reservation at the weekend is recommended. Top recommendation!

As always, the Gerber is well worth a visit. You can drink the beer and the food is ok. It's quite a big company. Next to the brewery there is a beer garden and a nice, smaller bar where delicious cocktails are served. There are also several parts of the building or buildings such as the boathouse in which larger parties can celebrate, which is often used for weddings. The staff is friendly. The number of parking spaces is sufficient.

We give every restaurant a chance. We were taken aback by all the bad reviews. Unfortunately we have to agree to the price performance a total flop! The service staff seemed to be completely overwhelmed with what they tried to do. The roast beef was more than tough and with the käsespätzle I could have built a wall. For us a unique experience, we will continue to prefer the small businesses and club houses outside in the green, but we will avoid this shop with mass processing and not recommend it to anyone.

The first impression was that the Corona crisis survived well. One was not received in a particularly friendly manner. It was difficult to get a table, as there was no reservation beforehand - the large beer garden was not occupied except for one table. When we tried to order food we weren't particularly politely advised that it wasn't open until 5pm - it was 10 minutes before 5pm. The food was mediocre, Maultaschen with onion lard. The onions were barely recognizable, as very little and also something indefinable and transparent.

We were allowed to spend our wedding night and the celebration in the boathouse there. Early check-in was not a problem. Room very clean! As the bride and groom we got a discount, price-performance ratio too high in spite of everything .. Unfortunately, breakfast was not at all good .. the selection was very limited (we didn't come to breakfast until 11 a.m. "Leftovers" there. We would have hoped for a little more.

Great location for weddings too. The boathouse in the back is a great way to do this.

On the whole it was good! Price-performance ratio is a bit over the target but the taste is outstanding! Staff had a lot to do that day but had it under control. A successful evening for me and I would love to come back! Best wishes

It was good. Only the table number was very attentive to the waitress and had to find almost every table. There was some food selection. It was well attended, most of them sat outside in the shade, occasionally there were dogs for whose water was ready.

Excellent food and very interesting interieour. The whole building complex is an ex factory.

Good food but pricie.

I stayed here on a business trip 9 years ago and loved it. So in returning to Germany and bringing family with me this time, we stayed here again. Staff and rooms are wonderful, just like last time. We had dinner here and it was as good as I remembered, and breakfast was great as well. My only regret is that we had one night-- we wanted to book several but the hotel was sold out. The price of popularity. Anyway, on our next trip the Gerber Park will be our "go to" hotel.

Great, clean and modern hotel in an old big building. Very friendly reception, fast check-in. Unfortunately, I was there in winter, beer garden in front of the building is certainly very nice and comfortable in the summer. Food & beer in the restaurant was delicious - large selection of food. All fellow travelers at the table were thrilled. Top address!

We had our Christmas party at the tanner. The organization was great. The food and drinks came fast and the portions are more than enough. Everything was very delicious. Also the dessert was absolutely awesome! I've known the tanner for a long time and in summer especially the nice beer garden is recommended.

I've been are the restaurant. Beautiful place but the Christmas menu wasn't the for me. I've ate the famous Schnitzel mit Pommes, good enough.

Very nice hotel and restaurant We only tried the restaurant that is a former tannery and we found ourselves surprisingly well because I doubted Germanic culinary skills very much Very good typical dishes and, of course, the handcrafted beer from the side is also very good. No frankfurters, therefore, and soo recommended if you pass by.

This is a neat little collection of buildings. We went to the restaurant/brewery, which had pretty good food and pretty good beer. Not the best I've had, but not the worst either.

You can eat swabian food, it fits many many peoply and stil has quality
